Arsenal and Tottenham failed to sign full-back in summer window
Manchester United are considering a January bid for Norwich defender Max Aarons, Daily Express reports.
Arsenal and Tottenham tried to sign the right-back in the summer but were knocked back by the Championship side, while Barcelona have also been credited with interest in him.
