Inter Miami has agreed to a $5.5 million deal to bring 20-year-old attacking midfielder Farias from Colon to MLS.
Colon are set to receive $2m in bonuses, as well as a percentage if Farias is eventually sold.
Farias will join Messi in Miami for his first game on July 21.
