49ers Enterprises has acquired the remaining 56% stake in Leeds after already owning 44%. Leeds will be playing in the Sky Bet Championship in the 2023/24 season following their relegation from the Premier League.
The EFL has approved the sale of Leeds United to American investment group 49ers Enterprises.
Andrea Radrizzani agreed to sell his controlling stake in the club last month for around £170m.
49ers Enterprises, the owner of the NFL team San Francisco 49ers, has been gradually increasing its ownership in Leeds United since becoming a minority shareholder in 2018.
