Harry Kane: Bayern Munich agree deal with Tottenham but England striker ‘increasingly likely’ to stay

Harry Kane, Tottenham’s all-time leading goal scorer, is set to leave his boyhood club and join Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich has agreed to a deal worth nearly £100m to sign England’s Harry Kane from Tottenham, but it seems that Kane will likely stay with his current club.

Bayern Munich is prepared to offer an initial payment of £86m for Harry Kane, potentially reaching a total deal value of £100m with additional bonuses. This would set a new transfer record for the club.

Kane is contemplating whether to remain with Tottenham, and it appears that he is inclined towards staying.

The German champions, Bayern Munich, are confident that there is potential for the England captain to join their team, despite unresolved issues with his current club, Tottenham Hotspur.

The Tottenham Hotspur football club is preparing for the potential departure of player Kane, whose contract is expiring soon. The club believes that reaching an agreement on a transfer would be the most suitable solution in case Kane decides not to renew his contract.

Kane wants his future resolved before Tottenham’s season-opening Premier League game at Brentford on Sunday August 13.

Harry Kane scored 30 Premier League goals last season, but it was a disappointing campaign for Tottenham Hotspur as they finished eighth and missed out on European football. Spurs have also been unable to secure a trophy since 2008.

Harry Kane scored an impressive 280 goals in 435 appearances for Tottenham Hotspur, with his first goal coming in December 2011.

In his impressive career, he has scored 213 goals in 320 Premier League games. He is just 48 goals away from surpassing Alan Shearer as the all-time leading scorer in the Premier League.
