Chelsea has reached an agreement with Wolverhampton Wanderers to sign Pedro Neto

Chelsea Football Club has successfully negotiated a deal worth 63 million euros (equivalent to Β£54 million) to secure the services of Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Pedro Neto. This promising Portugal international winger is now slated to undergo a medical examination before finalizing his transfer to Stamford Bridge.

Amid relentless negotiations, Chelsea managed to reach an agreement with Wolves, comprising an initial 60 million euro fee along with 3 million euros in add-ons, subsequent to encountering resistance with their initial bids. The 24-year-old, who has been the subject of transfer speculation for the past year, is expected to make a significant impact at his new club.

Since his arrival from Lazio in 2019, Neto has showcased his talent in 135 appearances, finding the back of the net 14 times. The negotiations also entailed the agreement of personal terms with Neto’s agent, Mendes, ensuring a smooth transition to the London-based club.

The next step for the talented winger is the medical examination, a pivotal stage before his transfer from Wolves to Chelsea is completed. The football world eagerly awaits Neto’s arrival at the renowned English club, where he is poised to contribute his skills and athleticism to their campaign.
